Senior Media Buyer – Remote (Meta Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer to lead and scale a high‑budget Meta advertising account for a fast‑growing DTC healthcare brand. This fully remote, full‑time position offers the chance to drive $1.5‑$3 million + per month in ad spend while collaborating with creative and CRO teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operation of Meta ad accounts across UK and international markets, including campaign structure, budget pacing, bidding, and optimization.
• Scale spend profitably while meeting ROAS and CAC targets, defending decisions with clear data.
• Partner with the creative lead to turn performance signals into actionable creative briefs and rigorous testing frameworks.
• Work with the head of CRO on funnel and landing‑page optimization in weekly sprint cycles.
• Report key metrics succinctly to leadership, including the head of performance, VP of growth, and CEO.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Meta media buying experience for DTC/B2C consumer brands.
• Direct management of Meta budgets exceeding $1 million per month.
• Proven ability to analyze ROAS, CAC, and campaign architecture to drive growth.
• Experience optimizing campaigns across multiple geographic markets.
