Research Executive (Market Research)

About the role

We won’t say we can predict the future, but our team of Research Analysts gets pretty close. This role combines data analysis and client consultation from the start, with plenty of room for growth. You will uncover the stories behind scatter plots and help clients decide which products to launch, influencing decisions for leading global companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and plan research projects based on client briefs and needs.
• Create questionnaires and define data‑collection methodologies.
• Coordinate project execution, keep clients informed of progress, and guide internal teams on data processing.
• Achieve revenue targets on key accounts and support overall team goals.
• Collaborate with other research executives and trainees throughout project stages.
• Coach and train trainees and fellow executives.
• Analyze and interpret results, provide feedback, and write reports with recommendations.
• Present study findings to clients and ensure smooth invoicing by communicating contract changes to Finance.
• Introduce innovative tools or processes to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in market research (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset and good organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills in English (local language desirable).
• Curiosity about market dynamics and a proven commercial and people‑leadership orientation.
