Senior Odoo Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Odoo Developer to join our team in Lahore. The role involves designing scalable ERP solutions, leading technical development, and mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of complex Odoo solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Design and implement integrations with third‑party systems.
• Optimize system performance, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide team members.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Odoo framework (versions 15‑17+), Odoo ORM, and custom module development.
• PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript (OWL).
• API integrations (REST, JSON‑RPC, XML‑RPC).
• Linux server administration, Git, and Odoo.sh.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – desirable.
• Multi‑company and multi‑currency Odoo implementations – desirable.
