Senior Python Engineer – Remote AI/ML Role

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join a leading LLM company on a remote basis. The role focuses on building and fine‑tuning large language models, delivering high‑quality proprietary data for benchmarking and performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient Python code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct evaluations and benchmark model performance, analyzing results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and maintaining task‑specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback and refine reward models.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior Python developer, preferably in AI/ML projects.
• Hands‑on experience with supervised fine‑tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
• Strong understanding of evaluation and benchmarking strategies for large language models.
