Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

The Senior Sales Engineer will work full‑time on‑site in Lahore, identifying and developing business opportunities in the power and industrial sectors. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, delivering product presentations, and providing pre‑ and post‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, including sizing, configuration and pricing coordination with internal teams.
• Support bids and tender submissions, assist in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain customer relationships, monitor market trends and contribute to sales forecasts and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales of power generation, oil & gas or industrial equipment, preferably with turbines, generators, boilers or similar assets.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and ability to work on‑site in Lahore with occasional travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and customer management.
