Senior Sales Manager – Warm Outreach

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager leads the Warm Outreach conversion engine, the primary revenue driver for the department. This position owns end‑to‑end performance, ensuring monthly conversion targets are met while safeguarding vendor retention through high call quality and reduced refunds.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve the monthly Warm Outreach conversion target, representing the majority of departmental conversions.
• Maintain conversion‑rate benchmarks across major software categories and implement same‑week corrective actions.
• Drive SDR call‑quality improvements in partnership with the Training team and reduce vendor refunds and churn.
• Oversee QA verification, lead reprocessing, and ensure 100% staffing coverage across all U.S. time zones.
• Conduct performance reviews with Lead Generation, identify upstream lead quality issues, and share weekly insights.
• Manage and develop Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and SDRs, building OKR frameworks and supporting recruitment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in warm‑outreach or call‑center environments.
• Proven track record of meeting conversion targets and improving call quality.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to implement corrective actions quickly.
• Leadership skills to coach, develop, and scale a distributed sales team.
