Senior Talent Acquisition Executive – Night Shift

About the role

10Pearls is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead night‑shift recruiting efforts. You will own the full hiring cycle for technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to secure top US‑based talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from intake to closure for assigned roles.
• Align with hiring managers on role expectations, timelines, and feasibility.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and recurring technical positions.
• Leverage AI‑powered sourcing and screening tools as a standard part of the workflow.
• Track and improve key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion, and closures.
• Provide data‑backed updates to stakeholders and ensure process discipline across ATS, SLAs, and hiring workflows.
• Oversee candidate experience, negotiate offers, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in technical recruitment with a focus on US hiring.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and niche hiring requirements.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools throughout the hiring process.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.
• Ownership mindset, accountability, and business‑aligned thinking.
