About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global technology leader. This fully remote position will design scalable recruitment workflows, partner with hiring managers, and drive data‑focused improvements across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost‑effective hiring solutions.
