Senior Territory Sales Manager, Rawalpindi

About the role

Mondelēz International is hiring a Senior Territory Sales Manager in Rawalpindi. You will lead a field sales representative team to deliver the sales strategy and achieve annual KPIs and targets for a defined area, working closely with cross-functional colleagues on activation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate the team, working with the sales capability team to deliver training.
• Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver channel revenue KPIs and targets, and report as required.
• Manage winning customer relationships so that categories are executed to the best of the industry.
• Work with the account team, category, activation, sales capability and customer finance teams to maximise returns across the area.
• Coach the team in using category tools to engage customers and grow categories.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of sales experience in FMCG.
• Good knowledge of the Rawalpindi/Islamabad territory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
• Knowledge of the market and routes-to-market where Mondelēz operates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and sales tools.
• Sales, negotiation and strong communication and networking skills.
• Analytical and organisational skills, attention to detail.

No relocation support is available. The role is regular and based in the field sales function.
