Senior Territory Sales Manager - Rawalpindi

About the role

Mondelēz International is hiring a Senior Territory Sales Manager for Rawalpindi. You will lead a field sales representative team and ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for your area, working closely with cross-functional colleagues on activation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate the team, working with the sales capability team to deliver training.
• Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets, and provide reporting as required.
• Manage winning customer relationships so that categories are executed to the best of the industry.
• Work with the account team, category, activation, sales capability and customer finance teams to deliver the optimum return across the area.
• Apply category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in using category tools to engage and influence customers.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of sales experience in FMCG.
• Good knowledge of the Rawalpindi/Islamabad territory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
• Desire to drive your own future and accelerate your career.

Required skills

• Knowledge of market and routes-to-market where Mondelēz operates.
• Experience in sales, strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and sales tools.
