SEO Manager (Full‑Time)

About the role

SolutionInn, a fast‑growing EdTech platform serving U.S. students, is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to own and drive its organic search strategy. You will be responsible for improving keyword rankings, visibility, and traffic across a large, content‑heavy website.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full‑stack SEO strategy covering on‑page, off‑page, and technical elements.
• Conduct deep keyword research aligned with student search behavior and business goals.
• Analyze competitors to uncover gaps and opportunities.
• Monitor rankings, CTR, impressions, and indexation trends using Google Search Console.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, duplicate content, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture weaknesses.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement technical fixes and improve internal linking.
• Lead backlink acquisition, outreach, and digital PR initiatives.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Report SEO performance metrics to leadership with clear, actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience managing SEO for large‑scale, content‑rich websites.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
