Retail Media Solutions Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Retail Media Solutions Specialist to join our Regional Retail Media & Partnerships team. Reporting to the Retail Media Solutions Lead, you will manage biddable retail media campaigns, optimise performance and ensure smooth operations across our advertising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with market partnership and account managers to set up and manage on‑site and off‑site retail media campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Leverage data insights to refine campaign strategies, create and adjust audience segments, and achieve key performance indicators.
• Produce detailed performance reports, including during‑campaign and post‑mortem analyses.
• Monitor asset inventory usage to maximise advertiser retention and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with local market teams to align objectives and maintain consistent communication.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and governance frameworks.
• Utilise internal AdTech tools and external platforms such as Tradedesk, Meta and DV360 for tracking and optimisation.
• Identify UI/UX improvements to enhance process efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in an advertising agency, AdTech, digital, brand or retailer environment, preferably in eCommerce or FMCG.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience working with data, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Proven track record of managing retail media or PPC campaigns.
