Service Desk Intern

About the role

Cloudelligent is seeking a Service Desk Intern to join its cloud-native consultancy team in Islamabad. The role involves rotational shifts, working onsite, and supporting a 24/7 environment, including US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the service desk team with IT support and technical troubleshooting.
• Handle service desk operations and respond to user queries.
• Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Contribute to cloud‑related tasks, leveraging knowledge of AWS or Azure where applicable.

Required profile

• Graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong interest in IT support, technical troubleshooting and cloud technologies.
• Basic understanding of IT methodologies and service desk operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and US business timings.
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
