Sites Supervisor

About the role

The Sites Supervisor oversees the technical and administrative aspects of KDW site installation teams, supporting the Sites Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify drawing sizes for kitchens, doors, and wardrobes and mark points for gas, plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Conduct site inspections, hold meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to resolve challenges before installation.
• Perform pre‑delivery inspections to confirm site readiness according to IWM standards.
• Prepare checklists, provide technical solutions, and coordinate upcoming installations with sales and design teams.
• Resolve technical issues on‑site safely and properly, verify contractor bills, and control budgets.
• Lead and manage site and contractor labor, reporting daily and weekly status to the Sites Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site supervision and coordination of installation projects.
• Strong ability to manage contractors, budgets, and documentation.
• Effective communication with clients, architects, and internal teams.

Required skills

• Drawing verification and point marking (gas, plumbing, electrical, lighting).
• Site inspection and pre‑delivery readiness assessment.
• Checklist creation and technical problem‑solving.
• Contractor billing verification and budget control.
