Social Media Executive

About the role

Cheezious is seeking a creative, data‑driven Social Media Executive to lead and expand its presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter). The role blends content strategy, community engagement, and paid media to boost brand awareness and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute a monthly content calendar for all social platforms.
• Own Cheezious’s LinkedIn presence, including company updates, employer‑branding posts and leadership visibility.
• Create and curate captions, graphics briefs and short‑form video concepts in partnership with design and content teams.
• Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth and click‑through rate; produce regular performance reports.
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns with the performance‑marketing team, handling audience targeting and budget tracking.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes, trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives on LinkedIn, including job postings and employee spotlights.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR and operations to align social content with broader campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Sciences or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing social media for a brand, agency or organization.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn company pages and employer‑branding content.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities, adaptable tone across platforms.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
