Social Media Manager – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead the social presence of our UAE‑based digital marketing agency and its clients. Working remotely from anywhere in Pakistan, you will design, execute and optimise content across multiple platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the agency’s and clients’ social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).
• Develop a monthly content calendar and create social and ad copy.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, coordinating weekly updates and content approvals.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visual assets.
• Schedule posts, monitor daily interactions, and respond to comments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present findings.
• Propose new initiatives such as competitions, promotions and influencer collaborations.
• Maintain and update internal guides, templates and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing concepts.
