Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company and client accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content using content calendars.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
• Track trends, hashtags, and industry developments to improve visibility.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver posts on schedule.
• Assist in creating captions, promotional content, and campaign planning.
• Research competitors and target audiences to inform strategy.
• Maintain and update customer information in a CRM system, track leads and follow‑ups.
• Prepare basic performance reports, monitor key metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of professional experience in social media marketing and management.
• Previous experience with at least one CRM platform.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
