Brand Ambassador – Hiring Campaigns

About the role

Credentialfied is looking for a Brand Ambassador to promote its sales career and attract candidates for sales roles such as appointment setter and closer. The role is based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, with a hybrid setup at the Gulberg Greens office, and can be part-time or full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Create short videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) showing what a sales career at Credentialfied looks like and how people earn commissions
• Act as the on-camera face of hiring campaigns and social media
• Attract students, fresh graduates, career switchers and experienced callers interested in growing in sales
• Use your network and online community to bring in candidates for sales roles
• Reply to applicants online and invite qualified candidates to interviews
• Track how many candidates and hires your content brings in

Required profile

• Active social media presence in Islamabad or Rawalpindi (micro-influencer, 5k+ followers preferred)
• Confident, outspoken and natural on camera
• Strong personal and online network
• Excellent Urdu and English communication

Required skills

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot or similar)
