Solar Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Onsite)

About the role

Cloud Rexpo (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated, results-driven Solar Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to connect with homeowners across Florida, USA, and generate qualified leads for solar installation services. The position is onsite in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, with working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to Florida homeowners.
• Introduce solar solutions and generate customer interest.
• Identify potential customers interested in solar installation.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Solar Engineers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and appointments.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Confidence in making outbound cold calls.
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and engage prospects professionally.
• Previous cold calling, telemarketing or lead generation experience is preferred.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 60,000 to 90,000, plus a retention bonus of PKR 20,000, a grocery bonus of PKR 10,000 and a punctuality bonus of PKR 5,000 after probation.
