Business Development Executive (Appointment Setter) - Office Based

About the role

A results-driven B2B Appointment Setter is sought to join the sales team and generate qualified leads by reaching out to businesses across the USA and Canada and pitching Virtual Assistant (VA) services. The role focuses on the early stage of the sales cycle: identifying decision-makers, overcoming gatekeepers and securing Zoom appointments for the closing team. The position is office based in Rawalpindi.

Key responsibilities

• Work on leads targeting prospective B2B clients in the US and Canada markets.
• Pitch the company's Virtual Assistant services to business owners.
• Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure appointment conversion.
• Collaborate with the closing team for smooth lead handover.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify competitive advantages.

Required profile

• Any experience in the BPO industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills, preferably from an O-Level / A-Level background, are encouraged to apply.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 80,000 to 150,000.
• Sign-up bonuses: PKR 25,000 on the second signup, 35,000 on the third and 50,000 on the fifth.
• PKR 10,000 for achieving monthly KPIs.
