Strategic Project Manager (Legal) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager with a legal background to lead high‑impact initiatives for a global leader in legal services. This full‑time, remote position focuses on aligning legal strategy with business objectives, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end legal projects from scoping through delivery.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans that support business goals.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and business teams to maintain alignment.
• Track progress against milestones, produce status reports, and communicate outcomes.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of legal project management experience in corporate or law‑firm environments.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and project‑management frameworks.
• Proven ability to work with legal‑technology tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
