Supply Chain Executive – Manufacturing & Export

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Executive to oversee procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics and order fulfillment for a textile manufacturing and export business. The role ensures timely availability of raw materials and finished goods while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the end‑to‑end supply chain from material procurement to final shipment.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, production schedules, TNA and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Merchandising, Warehouse, Quality and Logistics teams.
• Track raw‑material and accessory availability against production needs.
• Follow up with suppliers on PO confirmation, delivery dates, quantities and quality.
• Maintain accurate FPO/PO status, shipment tracking and inventory records.
• Identify slow‑moving, excess or shortage items and develop reduction plans.
• Plan shipments, monitor ex‑mill dates, inspection dates, packing lists, vessel bookings and ETD/ETA.
• Analyse supply‑chain performance and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in textile or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, coordination and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Odoo.
