Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Medcare MSO, a leading healthcare IT provider in Pakistan, is looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to drive full‑cycle recruitment for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will play a key role in building high‑performing teams while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (e.g., Rozee, Indeed) and professional networks.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and track metrics such as time‑to‑fill and offer acceptance rate.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate promptly with candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs or online campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with technical hiring.
• Experience working in software development environments.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and ATS/HRIS systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
