Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Trade W is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its fast‑growing fintech platform. This full‑time remote position will partner with hiring managers across the organization to attract high‑quality talent and support the company’s global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline using online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services, fintech or high‑growth tech companies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting recruitment data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
