Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a fully remote basis. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and support end‑to‑end recruiting for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and best practices.
