About the role
Bionic Talent is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for international clients. You will work remotely, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for international clients.
- Source candidates, conduct interviews and assess suitability.
- Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Support the overall hiring process and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
- Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
