Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, engage, and hire qualified candidates for a global technology leader. This remote, full‑time position supports full‑cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and building strong candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
