About the role

Continental Medical College Lahore is inviting applications for a range of academic and clinical positions within its teaching staff. The college seeks qualified Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Senior Registrars and Medical Officers to join its faculty and contribute to medical education and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, seminars and practical sessions.
• Develop and update curricula, assessment tools and learning resources.
• Supervise and mentor students during clinical rotations and research projects.
• Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation activities and scholarly publications.
• For clinical positions, provide patient care, oversee registrars and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.

Required profile

• Relevant postgraduate medical degree (MD, MBBS, PhD) for teaching positions.
• Demonstrated teaching or clinical experience appropriate to the rank.
• HR office roles require a BBA or MBA in Human Resources with at least one year of experience.
• Hospital Administrator role requires an MBA or MA with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
