Team Lead - Amazon & Ecommerce Operations

About the role

Amzsprouts is looking for a seasoned Team Lead to head its Amazon and ecommerce operations. Based in Islamabad, you will oversee a small team of specialists, own a key client account end‑to‑end and act as the primary escalation point for all client and operational matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop four ecommerce specialists across Amazon PPC, account management and marketplace operations, conducting weekly one‑to‑ones, performance reviews and early interventions.
• Take full ownership of an assigned brand account, including Amazon advertising strategy, listing and catalog management, performance reporting and direct client communication.
• Ensure delivery quality across the client portfolio: on‑time reports, up‑to‑date task management and resolution of all client issues.
• Serve as first‑line escalation manager, diagnosing and resolving client or team problems before involving senior leadership.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, revenue, inventory health and account health, flagging risks proactively.
• Maintain operational documentation, create repeatable onboarding processes and lead recruitment for future hires.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in Amazon and ecommerce operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or people‑management role.
• Proven ability to conduct performance conversations, address under‑performance and develop team members.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and a track record of raising issues early and proactively.
