Technical Implementation Specialist – Reconciliation Systems

About the role

AMFCO International is seeking a technically strong, detail‑oriented Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of its in‑house reconciliation automation and ERP solutions for banks and financial institutions. The role combines system integration, data mapping, and client coordination to ensure smooth testing and go‑live execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of reconciliation automation and ERP platforms for banking clients.
• Configure and customize systems to meet client operational and reconciliation requirements.
• Coordinate with banking stakeholders, operations teams, and internal technical teams throughout project execution.
• Manage integrations with core banking systems, payment gateways, ERP platforms, and third‑party applications.
• Perform data mapping, migration, validation, reconciliation testing, and deployment activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve issues, and oversee go‑live activities.
• Analyze reconciliation workflows, recommend process improvements and automation enhancements.
• Troubleshoot implementation and post‑production issues to maintain system stability and accuracy.
• Prepare implementation documentation, process flows, user manuals, and technical reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Finance & Technology, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, reconciliation systems, banking software, or enterprise application deployment.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, financial transactions, and banking operations.
