Senior Android Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to design and build high‑performance mobile applications for our growing user base. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, AI‑enhanced features using modern Android technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Integrate on‑device machine‑learning models using TensorFlow Lite, Google ML Kit, or ONNX Runtime.
• Consume REST and GraphQL APIs and connect to AI/ML model endpoints.
• Implement offline‑first data storage using Room and DataStore.
• Write unit, integration, and UI tests with JUnit, Espresso, and MockK.
• Optimize memory, battery usage, and rendering performance.
• Manage Google Play Store releases and ensure compliance with Android policies.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with iOS and web teams.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and Claude to accelerate development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional Android development experience.
• Expert‑level Kotlin and strong knowledge of Android SDK and Jetpack libraries.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one on‑device ML integration.
• Proficiency with MVVM/MVI patterns and Clean Architecture.
• Solid understanding of coroutines, Flow, and reactive programming.
• Published at least five live Android apps on Google Play with a verifiable portfolio.
