Technical Program Manager

About the role

Pixalate is seeking a Technical Program Manager based in Pakistan to lead complex, cross‑functional technical programs across its engineering organization. You will drive delivery of critical initiatives while aligning engineering, product, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of multi‑team technical programs, defining scope, success metrics and deliverables.
• Develop roadmaps, timelines and resource plans, managing dependencies and risks.
• Provide regular executive updates and monitor progress.
• Serve as central contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships across engineering, product and business.
• Partner with engineering leadership on architecture decisions and evaluate feasibility.
• Establish program management frameworks, drive operational efficiency and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in Adtech.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs involving multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with ability to understand architecture and engineering trade‑offs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels.
