Technical Project Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

COLAB is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate technical projects within a fast‑paced digital marketing agency. You will bridge the gap between development teams and marketing specialists, ensuring that client requirements are translated into actionable technical tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple technical and digital marketing projects from planning through delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, SEO, PPC, content, design, and account management teams to define requirements and timelines.
• Create detailed project plans, track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using Asana, Jira or similar tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate project status clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to manage developers and technical teams while coordinating cross‑functional marketing efforts.
• Strong understanding of project dependencies, scope, risk management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills and client‑facing experience.
