SharePoint Online Developer

About the role

ARZ Tech is looking for a SharePoint Online Developer to join its remote team in Pakistan. The role involves creating modern, user‑friendly SharePoint solutions that support business processes and improve productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint Online applications using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with TypeScript and React.
• Automate business workflows with Power Automate and integrate them with Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Apply best practices for security, performance, and compliance while staying up‑to‑date with Microsoft 365 releases.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proven ability to create modern sites, lists, libraries, content types, and permission structures.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing, debugging, and producing technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
