Technical Recruiter – AI Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

This position focuses on developing and refining an AI‑powered recruitment tool, Zara, to automate candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable machine‑learning solutions that enhance hiring efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise machine‑learning models to improve candidate matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing, including resume parsing and job description analysis.
• Integrate Zara with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and third‑party job platforms via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and machine‑learning model development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker).
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation in recruitment.
• Experience with data pipeline development and ETL processes.
