Technical Recruiter – AI Hiring Tool (Remote)

About the role

This position focuses on building and refining an AI‑powered recruitment platform called Zara. You will combine deep machine‑learning expertise with HR knowledge to automate sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement for global organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise machine‑learning models that improve candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant‑tracking systems, HR databases, and external job platforms via robust APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and bias mitigation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker).
• Understanding of data‑pipeline development, ETL processes, and database integration.
