Technical Recruiter – AI-Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI-driven recruitment platform. In this fully remote, full-time position you will combine deep machine-learning expertise with talent-acquisition knowledge to automate sourcing, screening and candidate engagement for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and fine-tune machine-learning models that improve candidate-matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend services for natural-language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant-tracking systems, HR databases and external job boards through robust APIs.
• Collaborate with data-science and product teams to curate training data sets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure the platform complies with privacy laws and ethical AI standards, mitigating bias in recruitment workflows.
• Develop scalable cloud infrastructure, containerised deployments and data pipelines for continuous delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI or machine-learning systems.
• Strong background in natural-language processing and familiarity with ethical AI principles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerisation (Docker).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
