Technical Recruiter – AI‑Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

This position leads the development of Zara, an AI‑driven recruitment assistant that automates sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement. You will work remotely with cross‑functional product, data‑science and engineering teams to deliver scalable, bias‑aware hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models that improve candidate‑job matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend services for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with ATS platforms, HR databases, and external job boards via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists to curate training datasets and monitor model performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical AI standards throughout the recruitment workflow.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Python development and machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven background in natural‑language processing using libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Hands‑on experience deploying scalable AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and micro‑service architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction and integration.
