About the role

PostEx is hiring a Technical Recruiter in Lahore on behalf of its client. The role focuses on recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals, working closely with technical leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment / IT talent acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting software engineers and other technical professionals.
• Ability to manage several technical vacancies at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience in FinTech, logistics, e-commerce, SaaS or technology-driven organisations, hiring for high-growth tech teams, and exposure to senior and leadership-level technical hiring.
• Preferred: experience building passive talent pipelines, talent mapping, and an existing network in Pakistan's technology talent market.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development lifecycles, programming technologies and technology job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, job portals and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including direct work with technical leadership.
• Negotiation and offer management capabilities.
• Analytical and reporting skills with good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• ATS or recruitment management system experience is an advantage.
