Human Resources Internship (Unpaid, Part-Time)

About the role

Dream Job By IQK, a career services organization that helps people find jobs, is offering an unpaid, part-time Human Resources internship in Lahore with a hybrid arrangement combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern supports HR operations and gains hands-on experience in a professional HR environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and support recruitment activities
• Help coordinate onboarding and orientation processes
• Draft and update HR documents and assist in developing and communicating HR policies
• Support employee data management
• Organize HR-related initiatives, compile reports and provide administrative support to the HR team

Required profile

• Foundational understanding of HR and HR management concepts
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; prior HR internship or project experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills

Required skills

• Personnel management, including keeping accurate records
• Basic office software proficiency and willingness to learn HR tools and systems
