Technical Recruiter – Remote AI Hiring Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates sourcing, screening and candidate engagement. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape a cutting‑edge hiring tool used by organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise machine‑learning models to boost Zara’s candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant‑tracking systems, HR databases and external job platforms via robust APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and bias mitigation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerisation (Docker).
• Understanding of data‑pipeline development, ETL processes and database integration.
• Commitment to ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance in hiring.
