Technical Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates sourcing, screening and candidate engagement. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape cutting‑edge machine‑learning tools used by organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise machine‑learning models to boost Zara’s candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases and external job platforms through robust APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Python development and machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing using libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Hands‑on experience deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerisation (Docker).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs and micro‑services architecture.
