Technical Support Engineer – Inverter & Battery Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide first‑line technical assistance for inverter and battery‑side products serving customers in Pakistan. The role combines remote troubleshooting with on‑site commissioning, maintenance and repair, ensuring reliable operation of energy storage and solar power systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support for inverter and battery products, both remotely and on‑site.
• Diagnose system faults, troubleshoot electrical issues, and coordinate resolutions with headquarters engineering teams.
• Perform on‑site commissioning, routine maintenance, and repair activities as required.
• Document cases, escalate recurring problems, and provide field insights to product and engineering departments.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of inverter and energy‑storage system operating principles.
• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience in first‑line remote and on‑site customer service, preferably in ESS, solar or power‑electronics environments.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage high‑volume tickets and urgent escalations, and travel for field work.
• Fluent in English; Urdu is a strong plus.
