Telesales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to drive sales through both outbound and inbound phone calls. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from a suitable home office while engaging with prospective and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote products or services to prospects and existing customers.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
• Identify customer needs, present benefits clearly, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to increase conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound or inside sales.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone and handle objections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, proactive, persistent, and results‑driven attitude.
• English proficiency for selling to English‑speaking customers.
