Telesales Representative – UK Market

About the role

Royal Business Solution is expanding its UK‑focused sales team and seeks energetic Telesales Representatives to generate new business through outbound calling. The role is based in Faisalabad and offers a chance to develop sales expertise while working with an international customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the United Kingdom.
• Explain and promote the company’s products and services.
• Address customer questions, handle objections and provide accurate information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in the company system.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Good spoken English with confident communication abilities.
• Positive, professional and target‑oriented attitude.
• Prior experience in sales or a call‑centre environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Basic record‑keeping and data entry skills.
