Cold Calling Specialist (Full-Time Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Specialist to join our on‑site team in Faisalabad. Working night shifts, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing Shaharyar Technologies’ software and AI solutions and generating qualified leads for our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following approved scripts and sales workflows.
• Maintain and update call lists and CRM records with accurate call outcomes.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings and relay prospect information to the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and capture customer feedback.
• Meet daily and weekly call, lead, and conversion targets while adhering to professional communication standards.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong active‑listening skills.
• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer support, preferably in a tech environment.
• Resilience to handle rejections and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours and thrive in an on‑site team setting.
• Basic understanding of software, mobile apps, or technology services is a plus.
