Telesales Team Leader

About the role

7Heaven Communications is looking for a Telesales Team Leader in Rawalpindi. The role manages a team of 20 telesales agents who drive sales through outbound calling, promoting products and services while building relationships and meeting sales targets. The team receives ongoing training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 20 telesales agents, ensuring clear communication and task coordination.
• Train new team members on effective sales techniques and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the company's database.
• Follow up with potential leads to maximise sales conversion.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes.
• Report daily and weekly sales activities and challenges to management.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about product updates, market trends and competitors.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in telesales or a related field.
• Excellent sales pitching and active listening skills.
• Proactive approach to reaching new customers and persistence in following up on leads.
