Customer Sales Representative

About the role

Touchstone Communications PK is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Representative based in Rawalpindi. The person in this role handles inbound and outbound customer calls, presents products and services and guides customers through the sales process, contributing to a positive customer experience and supporting the company's sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and present products and services
• Understand customer needs, provide accurate information and address their concerns
• Follow up with customers to close sales while meeting defined performance targets
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve sales strategies
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call center, telesales or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum high school or college-level education; additional sales or customer service training is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi and maintain punctuality and reliability in a full-time schedule

Required skills

• Strong communication and active listening, with the ability to explain products and services clearly
• Sales and customer service abilities, including persuasion, negotiation and relationship building
• Basic computer literacy, including call center software, CRM tools and standard office applications
• Time management and organizational skills for handling multiple calls, follow-ups and documentation
• Resilience and problem-solving to handle objections and stay positive under pressure
