Umrah Business Development Manager – B2B & B2C Sales

About the role

Al Sultania Travel & Tourism is seeking a results‑driven Umrah Business Development Manager to lead both B2B and B2C sales efforts from its Lahore office. The successful candidate will leverage travel‑industry expertise to acquire new partners, convert inbound leads, and drive revenue growth for high‑margin Umrah packages.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard travel sub‑agents, agency networks, and corporate partners across Pakistan.
• Handle inbound digital leads (e.g., Meta Ads), walk‑ins, and phone consultations, converting them into customized economy or luxury Umrah packages.
• Execute targeted sales tactics to meet and exceed monthly revenue KPIs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Makkah & Madinah hotel inventories, transport logistics, and Umrah visa processing to propose tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with B2B trade partners to secure recurring booking pipelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in Umrah sales, travel consultancy, or B2B travel distribution.
• Practical understanding of Umrah visas, hotel contracting, and group booking operations.
• Strong negotiation abilities, confidence in cold‑calling, and rapid response to leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta Ads platform for lead generation.
