Umrah Consultant – UK Market (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for an Umrah Consultant who will focus on the UK market, based in our Lahore office. You will guide clients through tailored Umrah packages, handle visa processes and coordinate all travel arrangements to ensure a seamless pilgrimage experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable Umrah packages for the UK market.
• Assist with visa applications and ensure compliance with UK travel regulations.
• Book flights, accommodations and ground transportation.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and maintain detailed transaction records.
• Stay updated on changes to UK Umrah‑related regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consulting, especially Umrah packages.
• Knowledge of visa processing and specific requirements of the UK market.
• Strong communication skills in English; Urdu is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Relevant background in the travel and tourism industry.
